SLEEPWEAR

How should I care for my silk pyjamas?

Our silk pyjamas are made of breathable charmeuse silk; hence, we highly recommend hand washing your garments with a mild detergent. If you decide to use a washing machine, it is best to choose a gentle, cold-wash cycle.

 

Can I personalize my silk pyjamas?

The monogram service is only available for bulk orders of five (5) and above. Kindly email  info.auroradesigns@gmail.com for your bulk order requests. 

MONOGRAM SERVICE

Can we avail of the monogram feature?

Single orders are not eligible for this feature. The monogram service is for bulk orders of five (5) and above.

Note: Purchasing five (5) pyjama sets and above does not mean that you need to avail of the monogram service for all of the five (5) sets you ordered. Monogram services for only one (1) pyjama set will still be accepted.

 How much does the monogram service cost? How do we pay for it? 

The monogram service costs PHP 100 per set and this includes 3 letters. If you wish to include additional letters, each letter would cost PHP 10. As of the moment, we only accept Bank Deposit and Cash On Delivery (COD) for the monogram service. Upon ordering from the website, we will be sending you an updated billing statement via email with the corresponding monogram costs. 

What is the lead time for pyjamas with the monogram service?

The monogram service would entail an additional two (2) to four (4) days. Kindly expect your order to arrive within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days upon payment.

 Can discounts/promos be applied to the monogram fee?

No. Discounts and promos are only applicable to the price of the pyjamas exclusive of the monogram fee.

 Where will the monogram be placed?

The monogram is stationed on the upper area of the front breast pocket located on the left side of the pyjama shirt.

Are pyjamas with monogram refundable?

Our pyjamas are strictly non-refundable.

PAYMENTS & DELIVERY

What payment methods can I use?

 Aurora Designs accepts three payment methods:

1. Bank Deposits

You may deposit your payments in any BDO or BPI branch in the Philippines. Kindly send a copy of the deposit slip or bank transfer transaction (for online banking) to info.auroradesigns@gmail.com for verification. Your order will only be processed upon receipt of your proof of payment. The bank account details will be provided upon checkout. 

 2. Cash on Delivery

The Cash on Delivery option is only available for orders within Metro Manila. If you choose this method, your payment must be given to the courier upon the receipt of your package. Our courier will notify you on the morning of your delivery date to ensure a smooth and easy payment collection. 

3. Credit Card / Debit Card

Credit Card and Debit Card payments are accepted through Paypal.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The weekly cut-off for orders is every Sunday at 11 PM. Please allow us one to two (1-2) business days for processing and five to ten (5-10) business days for delivery upon the complete receipt of your payment. Please take note that our items can be personalized; therefore, the completion process may take some time. Rest assured, you will be updated and notified regarding the status of your order via email. 

Does Aurora Designs provide any discounts for bulk orders? 

Yes. For bulk orders of ten (10) and above, a P500 discount will be given to you. Use code "AURORABULK" upon checkout to avail of this discount. 

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

What is your exchange policy?

Aurora Designs does not accept returns and does not provide refunds. However, exchanging your items are possible for the following reasons:  

A. Damaged Products Upon Receipt

Example: If you received pyjamas with torn or stained fabric. 

B. Wrong Size Upon Receipt

Example: If you ordered a size small (S) but received a size medium (M).

Please take note that sizing miscalculations on your part will not be accepted as a reason for exchange. If you order a size small (S) but want a size (M) upon receipt of the parcel, Aurora Designs will not provide this for free. Kindly refer to the Size Chart on the left tab of the website for a more detailed guide. 

C. Wrong Order Upon Receipt

Example: If you ordered a Charlotte Set in Daisy White but received a Charlotte Set in Midnight Blue. 

Important Notice:

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must email info.auroradesigns@gmail.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of the item. Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and also in its original packaging.

For local shipping, we use Ninja Van as our courier. Upon confirmation and fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking number in your provided email address. You may track your order here
